Terms & Conditions
For C2C Rental Collaboration
Renting of Outfits:
You agree to hand over the outfits to us for the purpose of renting the same. Rent price shall be decided mutually. Drop and Return Pickup to and from our store located at 109, First Floor, Raghuleela Mall, Kandivali West, Mumbai, shall be arranged by you.
Sharing Ratio:
You earn 25% of the rent price each time your outfit is rented. We are fixing the costs such as laundry, alterations, packaging, marketing, storage, man power, electricity, miscellaneous charges at 55% and remaining 20% is our margin.
Mode of Payment:
The amount will be credited to you as per your requested pay method as soon as the rental process is completed and rented product is returned back to us. Rental receipts copy will be shared with you each time your outfit is rented.
Time period and Withdrawal:
We advise to keep the outfit with us for the period of at least 12 months. You can withdraw your outfit anytime giving a notice of 15 days subject to fulfilling the orders that are already in line for upcoming dates.
Damage/Loss of Product:
You agree and understand that your outfits shall be displayed at the store, rented, dry cleaned and that will cause wear and tear on a regular basis, where we try our best to keep it well maintained. In a rare case of loss of product, we shall compensate you one time the rent amount decided or rent charged in the last order, whichever is less. Chances of loss is very negligible as we charge security deposit from our clients.
